Who Are We?

Noble Construction Management is owned and operated by building veteran Bernie Kuehl  who has over 25 years of  experience in New Construction, Renovation and Commercial projects. His hands-on approach is unique in our industry and provides our clients with an extra level of quality control while exemplifying our commitment to excellence.

Bernie Kuehl

Bernie treats every job as though he were building it for himself and makes frequent site visits during the construction phase. His background, which ranges from small remodeling projects to the construction of multi-million dollar residences from the ground up, offers our clients access to an extensive knowledge base of the most efficient ways to complete all phases of the building process. He is full of innovative and creative solutions for any requests a client has, and his eye for detail is unparalleled in this region.

John Muller And Elena Monaco

John and Elena round out the team by effectively managing the back -office that supports Bernie in the field, and they are involved in all phases of the construction process. Elena handles all of the administrative needs of Noble Construction. Like Bernie, She possesses a keen eye for detail but in his case it pertains to the numbers. John is familiar with the nuances of building departments and the permitting process, and uses his expertise to negotiate contracts and purchase orders. He also handles the analyzing of building codes and variance requirements, project schedules, and making personnel decisions.

Our Team

Bernie employs a variety of seasoned artisans from carpenters, plumbers and electricians to painters and masons. These artisans are educated in a wide range of specialties including detailed millwork, faux finishing, fine stonework and more. After years of working with Bernie, these employees and subcontractors have been instilled with Noble Construction's simple, yet specific idea of quality:

To meet or exceed the stated requirements, and do so the first time, every time, with respect to materials, labor, administrative and time components.
